Visual communication
During a workshop or meeting I put the words into images. From analysis and intuition I get a quick picture that I capture in an image. I show this to the group with my own story.
That gives the organization visual communication about the subject.
My way of working fits well for a change process or project. The picture helps people to understand and puts them in motion.
