My drawing starts the communication.
Vision
A organization is a collection of people. The results of people are better if they work with pleasure. People get pleasure in work when they use their strenghts. Your weaknesses need to be in control so they will not involve the results. I can bring pleasure to the work.
Drawing
According to the Dutch dictonairy Van Dale is a image (beeld); a representation of something. With words, spoken or written I get an image. By making a picture of it the viewers know the words on a later retrieval of the picture. 
Helping people with my pictures gives me pleasure in my job. Getting motion in a group. Enthousiasm that grows. People growing by working in a group. That happens when I am present.
